1is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates Healthcare Sector and has worked on a broad range of assignments from venture capital/biotechnology to big pharma. This work has included general management, sales and marketing, medical, research and development and manufacturing and supply chain roles. Prior to this, she was a member of the firm's Global Banking and Markets Practice conducting searches in investment banking and private equity. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1998, she was based in Hong Kong as Director of Supply, Asia-Pacific, for Digital Equipment. Before that, she worked in various manufacturing and commercial roles for Digital Equipment and Motorola in Australia and the United Kingdom.

2is a member of the Industrial/Natural Resources Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates. She works across a number of practices, with a particular focus on supply chain management. She is based in London. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she spent ten years as a Management Consultant at Accenture, focusing on supply chain strategy/process redesign. She was also involved in the implementation of large-scale change/outsourcing programmes and the establishment of both human resources and supply chain shared service centres. She has worked in Europe and South East Asia across a number of different industries such as consumer goods, retail, travel services and resources.
